At home I was my mom’s right hand in the kitchen for all holidays and special occasions – it was a great way to learn about Polish food traditions… and learn how to cook!If you were to ask me if I feel more Polish or American, I’d have to say that I feel equally both. When you are a part of a country and its culture you understand its character and its sentiment in your spirit.
