Kaitlyn Dias is an American actor who voiced Riley Andersen in Pixar's 2015 animated film Inside Out.

Kaitlyn Dias gave Riley Andersen her voice in the original Inside Out, making the child's move, frustration and sadness feel grounded inside Pixar's elaborate emotional world.

Dias was 16 when Inside Out was released and had never performed a voiceover role before the Pixar film. Kensington Tallman later took over as Riley for Inside Out 2.
